The Ram ProMaster City is a smaller vehicle available either in cargo van or wagon configurations. It offers impressive cargo space while still being small enough to easily travel through busy city streets (and secure those hard-to-find parking spaces). Even better, the 2016 ProMaster City van offers unsurpassed standard mileage. On highway driving it manages 29 mpg, and in the city it can go 21 mgp for a combined city and highway driving mileage of 24 mpg. Its 2.4-liter Tigershark MultiAir four-cylinder engine delivers 178 horsepower 174 pound-feet of torque for plenty of power and acceleration.
