This four-door model will have a 145-inch wheelbase (compared to the standard SuperCab wheelbase of 133 inches), which means more leg room, more storage options for off-road gear and supplies. Its full-size doors will also make entering and exiting the truck more straightforward.

Less weight on the 2017 Ford Raptor for better performance
Even with the increased space that this body style offers, the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCrew should weigh in at hundreds of pounds less than previous models, thanks to the use of door plates made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and a high-strength steel frame. This decreased weight allows the Raptor to be more maneuverable on and off the road, and make even better use of its enhanced engine output with the new 3.5-liter Ecoboost engine.
