Here are some quick details on when the update will take place and which models will be affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>[ Read More: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akinsford.com\/blog\/whats-new-in-the-redesigned-2021-ford-f-150\/\">What\u2019s New in the Redesigned 2021 Ford F-150?<\/a> ]<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 31%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When Will the Active Drive Assist Update Take Place?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Active Drive Assist feature will arrive as part of an Over-the-Air update that will take place sometime in the third quarter of 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What 2021 Ford Models Will Gain Active Drive Assist?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Active Drive Assist will be available first on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akinsford.com\/clp-2021-ford-f-150-atlanta-ga\">2021 Ford F-150<\/a> and the all-electric 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E.  The update will only apply to select models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>For the 2021 Ford F-150, Active Drive Assist will be standard on the F-150 Limited. It can also be optioned onto the F-150 Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum models as part of the Ford Co-Pilot360\u2122 Active 2.0 package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the 2021 Mustang Mach-E, Active Drive Assist will be standard on CA Route 1, Premium, and First Edition models.
