Confirming the all-electric F-150 Lightning has completed the final EPA testing, Ford says that in its continuous efforts to improve its first-ever EV truck over time, some F-150 Lightning buyers will benefit from an increase in range ahead of its launch this spring.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The automaker has confirmed the final EPA-estimated all-electric drive range (AER) of the F-150 Lightning, and it\u2019s a definite improvement over the targeted EPA-estimated range<\/a> for most models. The F-150 Lightning Pro (Fleet only), F-150 Lightning XLT, and Lariat with the extended range battery (ER) get improved range than anticipated and can now take you to an EPA-estimated 320 miles instead of the targeted 300-mile range. While the F-150 Lightning Platinum has an EPA-estimated range of 300 miles, up from the previous 280 miles target.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
