Ford\u2019s first-generation SYNC system features a horizontal text-based two-line LCD display. The SYNC with MyFord system pairs with a basic 4.2-inch color cluster display. With either system, the screen presents basic information, such as caller ID, song titles, time and temperature. Both systems also offer basic voice-command capability for hands-free calling and media selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SYNC 3 is the first system in the line to feature smartphone-like swipe and pinch controls with the available navigation system.
