The change means better performance in both the driver-side and passenger-side small overlap crash tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With its standard Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, the Edge achieves a Superior rating in front crash prevention. Testing showed that the system avoided collisions in both the 12 and 25 mph tests.
