We’ve written before about the 2016 Ford Transit <\/a>and how it makes such an excellent commercial and passenger hauling vehicle<\/a>, but with the versatile body styles of this excellent van, that’s not all you can do. The market has been on the rise for compact and reasonably priced motorhomes that can go anywhere there are roads. Families and adventurers who want portable comfort without the bulk and restrictions of a traditional motorhome are flocking to new Class C RVs for their vacations and adventures<\/p>\n

The Winnebago Fuse will be offered in two configurations, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds and a bath in the rear. Each will be available with the Ford Power Stroke 3.2-liter five-cylinder diesel engine. These Class C motorhomes have a vehicle frame, suspension, powertrain, and a living area you can reach from the driver’s compartment.<\/p>\n

Some other companies that are basing new RV styles on the Ford Transit are Thor Motor Coach and Coachmen RV.<\/p>\n

Transit vans can also be turned into Class B motorhomes, which have fewer essential alterations and drive like vans.<\/p>\n
