Updates and Enhancements of the 2020 Ford Expedition Lineup
For the very first time, the 2020 Ford Expedition shifts the Ford Co-Pilot 360™ safety suite to its standard features list. The change means all Expedition models now feature a range of advanced driver-assistance technologies designed to identify potential hazards early on and support safe driving habits. Safety systems found in the Ford Co-Pilot 360™ suite include:
- Auto High-Beam Headlamps
- Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert
- Lane Keeping System
- Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking
- Rear View Camera with washer jet
Inspired by the F-150 King Ranch trim grade, the Expedition’s returning King Ranch trim adds some southern charm to the cabin with a special Mesa- and Ebony-colored Del Rio leather trim. The steering wheel plays into the theme, wrapped in Mesa Del Rio leather with elegant Kingsville stitching. The center console matches the leather trim with Ziricote wood veneer.
Adding to the list of updates, a new Black Accent package available on XLT models adds a dark allure with an all-black body, exterior trim and wheels. For those that prefer a little more vibrancy, a range of bold new exterior colors join the lineup for 2020, including Burgundy Velvet, Desert Gold, Iconic Silver, Rapid Red and Star White.
