Every year the Specialty Equipment Market Association show serves as a showcase for all of the custom features offered on popular vehicles. At each show, several recognitions are awarded that recognize the top models in several different categories. For the second rear in a row, Ford has taken home three significant SEMA awards.

Ford Models Winning SEMA Models

Three of Ford’s most popular models left the SEMA show with significant hardware. The Ford Mustang was named Hottest Coupe, while the Ford Focus earned the title of Hottest Hatch and the ever-popular F-150 took home the title of Hottest Truck. All three of these vehicles feature models that bear the fingerprints of the Ford Performance team. The Ford Focus RS has earned the love of hot hatchback fans across the world with its turbocharged performance and fun.

Anyone familiar with the Ford Mustang will respect the capabilities of the Shelby Mustang GT350. This special Mustang model features a powerful V-8 engine and several added features to maximize the performance of the iconic sports car.

Once the Ford Performance team got its hands on the Ford F-150, the results were impressive. Enter the Ford F-150 Raptor. This special trim level optimizes the already capable truck for off-road performance. 2017 Raptor models will come equipped with Ford’s all-new third generation 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine.
