Fusion S
Ford has done a phenomenal job at making active safety standard in its vehicles, and the Fusion is absolutely no exception. The Ford Co-Pilot360 suite gifts the S with Blind Spot information system with cross-traffic alert, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane-Keeping System, rain-sensing windshield wipers, automatic high-beam headlamps and a rearview camera. Other notable standard equipment on the S includes the 4.2-inch LCD screen SYNC® infotainment system and push-button start.
This model comes equipped with a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine that delivers up to 175 horsepower.
Fusion SE
A step up from the S, the Fusion SE sees numerous tech upgrades, including a SYNC 3 infotainment system, FordPass™ Connect with 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a Reverse Sensing System and a pair of configurable 4.2-inch LCD screens in the instrument cluster. This trim level also gains 10-way power driver’s seat with power lumbar, dual-zone automatic temperature control and 6-speaker sound system.
The SE comes equipped with the 1.5-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine, delivering up to 181 horsepower. Added Auto Start-Stop Technology helps reduce fuel consumption by shutting off the engine when the vehicle comes to a complete stop. A hybrid version of this model is also offered.
Fusion SEL
With the SEL, the Fusion turns its attention to comfort and convenience. The model adds features like driver’s seat memory, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, Intelligent Access with Remote Start System and an 11-speaker Premium Audio System.
The Fusion SEL inherits the SE’s 181-horsepower, 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine. A hybrid version of this model is also offered.
Fusion Titanium
The Titanium offers an upscale, luxury-laden feel to the Fusion. The model adds a 10-way power front-passenger seat with power lumbar, heated and cooled front seats, ambient lighting, 12-speaker Sony sound system and a power moonroof.
The Titanium also gets upgraded to a 2.0-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine that cranks out up to 245 horsepower. Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid versions of this model are also offered.
Fusion V6 Sport
The Fusion V6 Sport builds further off the Titanium’s incredibly upscale package, adding athletic attitude and muscle to the mix. The model gains active noise control, aluminum accelerator and brake pedal covers, enhanced active park assist, a distinct mesh grille and a quad-tip dual exhaust.
The highlight of the V6 Sport is, of course, its 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6. The engine hammers out an astonishing 325 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft. of torque.
