Basic Sound Systems
When shopping from the 2020 Ford F-150 lineup at Akins Ford, drivers choose from 7 trim grades – XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch®, Platinum, Limited and Raptor.
On XL and XLT models, your sound system depends on which cab style you opt for. Regular Cab models, which seat up to three passengers, come equipped with a basic four-speaker AM/FM stereo system. With the larger SuperCab and SuperCrew® cabs, that count gets upped to 6 speakers.
The Ford F-150 Lariat and Raptor are promoted to a 7-speaker sound system. The upgraded setup is complemented with SiriusXM® Satellite Radio integration. With a subscription, SiriusXM® offers over 150 channels, including commercial-free music, sports, news, talk, comedy and entertainment.
