Has the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Won Any Awards?

The results are in, and the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor has been named the 2017 FOUR WHEELER Pickup Truck of the Year. Judging took place over a week, as judges with the opinion-leading off-road enthusiast publication conducted a variety of tests on a total of seven trucks spanning more than 1,000 miles of terrain including pavement, gravel, dirt, sand, rocks, mud and snow. The trucks weren’t just tested in tough conditions, either. They were also taken out on the track where the new F-150 Raptor scored best-in-field zero to 60 miles per hour and quarter-mile times. Jeep, Ram, and Dodge Awards at the Texas Truck Rodeo 2015

Every year, dozens of the top trucks and SUVs from around North America gather to be evaluated at the Texas Truck Rodeo organized by the Texas Auto Writers Association. Awards offered at the prestigious event mean that a truck or SUV has gone up against the toughest competition and walked away victorious. This year the FCA US brand (which included the Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles available here at Akins), raked in the awards, securing eight of 24 honors and beating out other manufactures in sheer number of excellent vehicles that went home with new titles. What is Mopar bringing to SEMA 2015?

The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in early November is the premier place to check out custom truck and SUV accessories that don’t yet exist anywhere else. We’ve already had a post about the SUVs that Ford is bringing to SEMA, but Mopar, the service, parts, and customer-care branch for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles has been a little more secretive.
