Where is The Rock Ranch? And When Are Their Christmas Activities Happening?
The main activities for Christmas at The Rock Ranch – located at 5020 Barnesville Highway or 5020 Highway 36 if you’re using a GPS – are taking place on December 15, 16, 22 and 23, though there are other dates for other activities, too, which we’ll get to in a minute. Those dates are for the Country Christmas Nights activities, where $5 will get you in for a tractor wagon ride through over one mile of Christmas lights, entry to the Holiday Gift Shop and Christmas Café and a chance to visit Santa in his sleigh – just make sure you bring your own camera for pictures. Another $12 per child will gain you entrance to Santa’s Workshop complete with a Christmas cookie decoration station, story time with Santa’s elf, a letter to Santa station, face painting and a keepsake ornament station. It should be noted that parents do not have to pay to get into the workshop. For another $8 per person, you can ride the Christmas Express Train, which passes multiple dancing light shows and goes through a snowflake tunnel, all of which is inspired by the Polar Express.
What Else is Going on at The Rock Ranch this Christmas?
If you’re going to enjoy the activities on Saturday, December 16, you’re going to want to get there sometime between 9:30 and 11 a.m. to enjoy Breakfast with Santa. Tickets are $15.95 per seat, though children who are 2 years old or younger can sit on your lap and eat from your plate for free. And if you can’t make it during any of the dates already listed, you can drive through the ranch yourself on Dec. 10-14, 17-21, 24 and 25 from 6 to 10 p.m.
