Peachtree Road United Methodist Church – Family Lenten Journey

From 5:30-7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, families can experience the entire Easter journey of Jesus from the triumphant entry into Jerusalem, to the Last Supper, to the Garden of Gethsemane, all the way to Calvary and then the Resurrection. This night includes a meal and many powerful prayer and learning experiences. Cost is $9 for adults, $5 for children, or $25 for a family. Reservations are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome. Stone Mountain Park – Easter Sunrise Service

Celebrate Easter with a sunrise service at Stone Mountain Park beside thousands of other celebrants. The service is at 7 a.m. Easter morning (March 27) but attendees should arrive early to reach the top of the mountain. Cost is $15 for a one-day park pass, but the service is free. North East Cobb Community Egg Drop

Rejoice in a huge Egg Drop on Saturday, March 26. People of all ages can enjoy food, fun, games, music, and egg hunts galore. The egg-hunt kick-off with 50,000 eggs dropped from a helicopter onto the Sprayberry High School football field. Proceeds from the event support local community organizations. Learn more here.

Vila Christina – Easter Brunch

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday March 27, Vila Christina will be featuring an expansive brunch spread and many family-friendly activities like Easter egg hunts, face painting, inflatables, and a visit by the Easter Bunny.
