The Built to Lend a Hand program helps keep customers on the road with a no payment period of up to six months for eligible clients. What Is the Built to Lend a Hand Program?

As part of the program, Ford is offering eligible new car customers up to six months of payment relief when they finance their purchase through Ford Credit. The six-month no payment period includes:

  • 3 months of payments covered by Ford
  • 3 months of deferred payments

In addition to the Ford Built to Lend a Hand program, Ford Motor Company has launched a hotline that current customers financing or leasing through Ford Credit can call to discuss options for payment deferment. This support can be reached at 1-800-723-4016.
