The all-new 2019 Ford Ranger is set to hit our Akins Ford lot near Atlanta, GA, sometime early in 2019. Off-road enthusiasts will be able to add the FX4 Off-Road Package to their all-new Ranger, which features off-road-tuned shocks, all-terrain tires, a frame-mounted heavy-gauge steel front bash plate, frame-mounted skid plates, FX4 badging, Dana® AdvanTEK® independent front and solid rear axles, and an electronic-locking rear axle. The 2019 Ranger’s FX4 Off-Road Package also features Ford’s unique Terrain Management System, which lets you choose between four drive modes – normal, grass/gravel/snow, mud/ruts, and sand. Completing this impressive package is the all-new Trail Control system. This system takes control of acceleration and braking for you as you focus on steering through low-speed and rugged terrain. Put simply, it’s cruise control for off-road adventures.
