Ford has revealed the next installment in the F-150 line, called the Lightning™. The brand has created a new model on the 2022 Ford F-150 that helps keep homes and businesses safe during outages. This new model is called Intelligent Backup Power. Using this model, when your power goes out, the F-150 Lightning™will automatically turn on to provide backup power for your home until the situation is resolved. This system also allows you to connect appliances like a coffee maker and lamps to your truck’s battery so that they can charge while you’re on the go.
